This is long overdue. We stayed at Portrait during a June vacation. The rooms were super beautiful in a the most upscale part of town. I wish every hotel had this much class. Anyway, accommodations aside, the real gem here is the concierge department. They booked popular restaurants for us and VIP tickets to the impossible to get Rolling Stones...
I love this place. Its always a great local resturant my family and i can go too if we dont know what we want to eat. Its great food and warm atmosphere are always a welcomed feeling. Being Italian, the food here is so so good and tastes just as if my grandmother had made it. I wouldnt spend my money at any other italian resturant. They also offer vegetarian options which is so different than most italian resturants. Highly recommend the Mediterranean veggie grinder☆
The wait staff is very attentive. The food not so much. My second time around and I don't believe I'll be back.
Havnt eaten here an over a year, today we tried them again. One calzone! Made with wrong filings, twice! We had to get back to work so we caved and took what they made. No discount! Maybe this was just a fluke, they used to be good.
Not sure if there is someone new but I called in an order today and every time I spoke she said "ok anything else". I felt really rushed and she didn't even acknowledge when I stated all the toppings that were missing a couple days prior and was charged for just said "ok anything else"!Otherwise, the girls that typically take my order are super nice and very respectful and professional. Food is always so fresh and so clean which is why I go back but hopefully this girl is temporary!
Andy's is nothing special. The food is the mediocre, sometimes bland, generic Italian type chow you've eaten 100 times. Be careful, the menu is deceiving, "Roasted Turkey Sandwich" is made with lunch meat from the supermarket and the soups taste like somebody microwaved a can of Progresso. The service isn't bad but you'll still sit with an empty drink if you don't speak up and ask a waitress. The worst part about Andy's is the waitresses seem genuinely annoyed at you for having the audacity to order food at this place. Zero smiles and a sort of indifference to doing the actual serving part. If your at the end of a table be prepared to have the waitress hand you everything and make YOU sort out who gets what.
Just tried their chicken parmesen and was not impressed at all. Cheap breading and chicken was definetley low grade quality. Place wasnt to busy but the decor was nice.Wouldnt go back though
I really like their white pizza and the veal grinder. Services is usually pretty good. Only little knock I have on them is on several occasions when I have tried to call them to place a take out order the phone will ring for a minute and then go to a weird voicemail message thing. I don't know if the phone is busy or something but I have had to call three times to get through.
Good food and quick service during lunch.
Great food, very welcoming, responable price great place to go with the family!!
Stayed for 2 nights over the holidays and booked a Premier Room. Look at what the website shows for a premier room -- a beautiful, spacious room w/ light, space, windows, a sitting area, outdoor area. Generally very nice. When I arrived I was shown to an ugly corner room with scuffed up decor,
To be fair I've never dined-in at Andy's but I've had many pizzas/salads from Andy's over the past few years. Pizza is very consistent between orders, has its own unique taste, nothing amazing, but definitely something I don't mind eating. Order to pick-up time is usually pretty fast and food is reasonably priced. Decent option when you live nearby.
Cozy environment. Gluten free options. We always catch a great, reasonably priced meal here.
Awesome food. Staff are skilled and friendly. Feels like being welcomed and fed by favorite family members.
We delightfully could taste the freshness of the ingredients in the pizza, salad, and wings we ordered. Also appreciated how the menu offered gluten free options. The service was speedy, but at not expense to the quality of the food.
Staff is nice, but the last few times we've been there the food has been sub par. Small portions and relatively expensive. We won't be going back.
Good, simple, no frills Italian food. The pizza here is fine but I suggest trying one of the Italian meals.
Fantastic food! I have ordered lunch a few times from Andy's for pickup, and they never disappoint! Although they are slightly pricey, it is worth it.
